Prophecies

God reveals the future through His prophets. Amos, a prophet in the Old Testament wrote, "Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets" (Amos 3:7).

Peter, Christ's disciple says, "Know this, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of Man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit" (2 Peter 1:20, 21).

Paul advised "Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good" (1 Thessalonians 5:20, 21).

Prophecies of the Bible reveal the future. The prophecies of Daniel, given about 600 years before Christ, and the prophecies of Revelation, written between 90 and 100 AD, have been fulfilled in accurate detail right down to our day and they reveal what is yet to come. God has accurately revealed the course of human events centuries before the events took place.
