I
LOVE YOU WITH AN EVERLASTING LOVE!
"I
have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness
I have drawn you" (Jeremiah 31:3, NKJV).
John
testified, "By this we know love, because He laid down
His life for us... Beloved, let us love one another, for love
is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows
God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God
has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might
live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God,
but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation
[to make reconciliation] for our sins... We love Him because
He first loved us" (1 John 3:16; 4:7-10, 19).
Paul
wrote, "That Christ may dwell in your hearts through
faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be
able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and
length and depth and height-- to know the love of Christ which
passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness
of God" (Ephesians 3:17-19).
"I
am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities
nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height
nor depth, nor any other created thing shall be able to separate
us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord"
(Romans 8:38, 39).
"Whoever
keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him!
(1 John 2:5).
My
Prayer Today: Lord, thank You for loving me. Please teach
me how to love others as You have loved me.
